01 What happened to my Exciting Escapes voucher?

All active Exciting Escapes vouchers have been transferred to clueQuest at their original value and can now be redeemed through the clueQuest website.

All transferred vouchers are valid until 8th December 2026.

02 Can I receive the cash value of my voucher instead?

No. Vouchers retain their full value and can be used across the range of clueQuest experiences, but cannot be redeemed for cash.

03 How do I redeem my voucher?

Simply choose your experience on the clueQuest website and enter your existing Exciting Escapes voucher code during checkout.

04 What can I use my voucher for?

Vouchers can be used towards any clueQuest experience, including escape rooms in London, outdoor games in London, Brighton and Canterbury, and tabletop games delivered to your home.

05 Can I use more than one voucher in the same booking?

You can only use one voucher per purchase.

06 My voucher isn't working. What should I do?

Please contact clueQuest's customer support team and they'll be happy to help you redeem your voucher.

07 Can I use my voucher on gift vouchers?

No, transferred vouchers can only be redeemed against experiences and products sold by clueQuest.
