Absolutely. Many of our missions are designed with first-time players in mind. Our Game Masters guide you through the experience and provide hints if needed, so no prior escape room experience is required.

We recommend arriving around 10–15 minutes before your scheduled mission. This gives time for a short briefing before your adventure begins.

Unfortunately we may not be able to delay the start of the mission, as other teams may be scheduled after you. If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes. Our gift vouchers make a fantastic present and can be used for any of our escape room missions. They are valid for two years, giving plenty of time to plan the perfect adventure.

Our vouchers are flexible and can be used for any available mission at either location. This allows the recipient to choose the adventure that suits them best.

Yes. Many of our missions are family-friendly and suitable for ages 7+. Escape rooms are a great way for families to work together, solve puzzles, and share a memorable experience.

Definitely. Many couples enjoy tackling a mission together, and we even have a dedicated two-player experience designed especially for pairs.

Of course. Most teams include a mix of experienced players and first-timers. Our Game Masters ensure everyone feels comfortable and involved.

To keep the experience immersive, phones should remain in pockets or lockers during the mission. Everything you need to solve the puzzles is provided inside the room.

All bookings are private. Your team will have the room entirely to yourselves.

Yes. We host team building events for companies of all sizes, with multiple missions running simultaneously and optional meeting space available.

Yes. Our birthday packages allow kids to enjoy a full escape room mission followed by time for cake and celebrations.

The escape room mission lasts 60 minutes. Including briefing and debriefing, most visits last around 75–90 minutes.

Each of our missions takes place in a different decade and forms part of a larger British Intelligence storyline. You'll travel through time to solve puzzles and complete your mission before the clock runs out.

Just bring your team, curiosity, and a sense of adventure. Everything needed to complete the mission is provided inside the room.
