Yes there is plenty of parking available in Festival Place Car Park, just a short walk from our branches. We recommend parking in either the Blue or Orange zone. There is also parking available at Central Car Park on Red Lion Lane which is also a short walk from the branches.
By Train: We’re just a 10-minute walk from Basingstoke Train Station. Head through Festival Place and exit towards Wote Street. We’re located just outside the shopping centre.
By Bus: Basingstoke’s main bus station is located next to Festival Place. From there, walk through the shopping centre or around the perimeter to reach Wote Street in just a few minutes.

Our escape rooms are designed to be fun and challenging for a wide range of ages!
Recommended age: 7+
Younger players are welcome, but anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
We also run family-friendly games and love hosting birthday parties and school groups—just let us know if you have a mixed-age team and we’ll help pick the best room for you!

Our difficulty ratings range from 3/5 to 5/5 meaning there’s rooms great for families, kids and new to escape rooms; as well as perfect for players looking to really test their skills.
No matter which room you choose, our Games Masters are always on hand to give hints if you need them—we’re here to make sure you have a great time!

Unfortunately due to location, our Basingstoke branches are not fully accessible due to multiple flights of stairs.

We do sell a small variety of soft drinks in the branch however you’re not allowed to eat or drink inside the actual escape rooms. Bottled drinks with secured caps are fine to take in the room but food or alcoholic drinks are not permitted inside the rooms.
We do allow food and drink on site as apart of our birthday party packages or team building events. For more information on this then please do give us a call on 01256 322111.
There is no particular dress code for our rooms. We do recommend wearing comfortable and non restrictive clothing, especially shoes, as you will be on your feet exploring the room and solving puzzles for up to an hour.
